I have lived and worked in London all my adult
life so I know what a wonderful place it is. I would like to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for
this unique and exciting city with you and help make it come
alive for you.
My clients say that they find my walks
interesting and amusing and they recommend me to their friends. I hope
you will try one of my walks and do the same.
I enjoy travel and finding
out about other countries. I have been to the USA and the Far East
and visited over twenty countries in Europe. I have discovered for
myself how much a friendly and knowledgeable local can really transform
your understanding and enjoyment of a place you visit. I look
forward to providing you with that service.
I have had a life long interest in history
which led me to take a degree in history some years ago. I am now
writing a proposal for a book on Elizabethan London.
I am a qualified City of London Guide and
Clerkenwell & Islington Guide and I am also qualified to guide
visitors round St John's Gate, the headquarters of the Most Venerable
Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem. I am a member of the
City of London Guide Lecturers Association, the City of London Archaeological Society and the Institute of Tourist Guiding.
